Rutland Libraries do not have any libraries operating on a self-service basis outside of regular hours.

Opening and Closing of Libraries
No libraries were opened or closed by Rutland County Council during 2017, 2018 and 2019. The Mobile Library service was closed and replaced with a home delivery service in 2020.
Anti-social behaviour reports
Rutland Libraries recorded no incidents of assaults, threats of violence, or alcohol / drug use between 2017 and 2021. Incidents of verbal abuse were recorded once in 2018, once in 2019, and twice in 2021. Police were not called to attend any of our libraries between 2017 and 2021.
Charges for Computer Use
Rutland Libraries did not charge for computer use in 2010 or 2019, and computer use continues to be free of charge.
