Rutland Libraries provide a huge range of eBooks and eAudiobooks through Borrowbox. You can borrow them on your digital device by downloading the app, and using your library card and PIN.

  • Download up to 10 eBooks or eAudiobooks for up to 21 days
  • Read on your device – both Apple and Android devices are compatible
  • Choose from a range of titles for both children and adults
  • No overdue charges – eBooks automatically expire at the end of loan period
  • Free reservations for titles already out on loan
  • Download direct to your home computer, tablet or smartphone

  • The Borrowbox app for Android is available on Google Play
  • The Borrowbox app for IOS is available on the iTunes App Store
  • eBooks and eAudio are downloaded into the app, so extra software is not required
  • For Kindle Fire devices follow the instructions at  http://www.borrowbox.com/kindlefire/install/
  • Once downloaded, choose ‘Rutland libraries’ as your library and login with your library card & PIN
  • If you are using a desktop PC or laptop visit the Borrowbox website. Log in using your library card number and PIN – please contact us if you need a new card or PIN
